Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
Orders typically require 5–7 business days for production before dispatch. We ship with tracked services (e.g., DHL Express). Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.
Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs authority. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, the actual outbound and return shipping costs and any customs fees may be deducted from any refund (where a refund applies).
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss remains with Ezmeel until the package is delivered to the address you provided.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. After production begins, cancellation or changes are not guaranteed, especially for custom/personalized items.
Returns (Non-defective)
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@ezmeel.store. We will issue return authorization instructions if eligible. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (all tags, accessories, and inserts included).
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we may deduct the actual outbound cost from the refund.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged/defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ezmeel.store with your order number, clear photos/video of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement (preferred) or a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you regarding approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and reported on time. Exchange is for the same item; if unavailable, we will offer a refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit upon approved return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@ezmeel.store within the applicable window (3 days for returns; 48 hours for damage/defect).
- Include your order number, photos/video (for damage/defect), and reason for return.
- Ship the item using a trackable service after receiving authorization. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
