Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Amman, Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, government actions, pandemics, failures of suppliers or carriers, utility interruptions, or network failures.
