Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to help prevent damage in transit.
Where We Ship
We ship domestically and internationally. International shipping is available to most countries.
Carriers & Tracking
Orders are dispatched with DHL or Aramex. A tracking number will be provided once your shipment has been created.
Processing Times
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, orders typically require 5–7 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery Estimates
- International: Transit times vary by destination and customs processing. Typical delivery is 4–7 business days after dispatch, but this is an estimate—not a guarantee.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, any actual outbound and return shipping charges and related fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss remains with Ezmeel until the package is delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any shipping damage within 48 hours (include photos of the item and packaging).
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and import taxes that may apply. Ezmeel is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other authorities.
Split Shipments
To expedite delivery, we may ship items in multiple parcels at no additional cost to you. You will receive tracking for each parcel where available.
Service Interruptions
Delivery estimates may be impacted by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, force majeure). We appreciate your understanding.
